Our devices are previously owned (Ex-UK or Ex-US) and are tested before they are listed. Each listing shows the specs, so you know exactly what you are buying, and every device comes with a 3-month warranty.
What do Ex-US and Ex-UK mean?
Ex-US means the device was first sold in the United States, and Ex-UK that it was first sold in the United Kingdom. We import them and test them here before they go on sale.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, we deliver countrywide. Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free and takes a few hours. Outside Nairobi, delivery costs KSh 500 to 1,000 depending on where you are, and usually arrives within 24 working hours.
What does the warranty cover?
Every device comes with a 3-month warranty that covers performance. If the device stops performing as it should during those 3 months, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
What voids the warranty?
It is a performance warranty, so it does not cover accidents. Any physical damage or water damage voids it.
Can I return a device?
Yes, within 3 days. The device must come back in professional condition, similar to how it was delivered. The customer pays the cost of returning it.
